So happy to have found this dentist. I’m very nervous where my mouth is concerned. I really had no need to be, each staff member, receptionist, nurses and dentists were wonderful and put me at ease. They took their time to explain things and demonstrated a very caring nature. Big thanks to the receptionist that eased my anxiety by chatting whilst in the waiting room.
I haven't been to a dentist in over 5 years for various reasons; and I was so so terrified. The last time I did go (to another practice) I was treated so badly that it made me develop a genuine fear of going again. When I walked in to the practice I'm reviewing now; I was immediately greeted by a nurse who was absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. I then filled out a quick form, then off to see a dentist I went. Along with being very clean, very welcoming and very quick; the whole singing in part of this appointment made my anxiety start to subside. Straight away I mentioned why I was scared and my past experience, and I was immediately put at ease. The process of looking at my teeth, talking me through everything and then getting on to x-rays was very professional, clear and honestly? Just very nice. I really can't explain how lovely and professional absolutely every employee was in this practice enough to do them justice; but if you have any fear of going to the dentist. Or if you would just like to find a practice where you will be seen quickly and not rushed, with a side of kindness, please consider registering with them. I hope they all realise how amazing they made my experience today, and how appreciated it is!
Honestly everything about the practice is amazing. The team is so nice and super welcoming. Every single time I walk in I’m greeted with a smile. They are also really good with children. Love going back
