Introduction

Booking Appointments

Deposit Requirements

1. Emergency Bookings: We charge a non-refundable £50 deposit fee to book an appointment.
2. Private Bookings: We charge a non-refundable £30 deposit fee to book an appointment.
3. Deposit Policy: All booking deposits are non-refundable.

Payment Terms

1. The deposit paid on our Site will be deducted from your final payment.
2. The remaining balance will need to be paid at the time of your appointment.
3. All treatment prices are base prices and may increase due to complications or additional treatments required.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

1. Missed Appointments: If you miss your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded.
2. Late Arrivals: If you are late to your appointment by more than 10 minutes, you may not be seen, and you will need to re-book. We will not charge you again to re-book your appointment.

Use of Our Site

1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Site.
2. Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking an appointment.
3. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use our Site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

Privacy

Intellectual Property
